How to become a Livewire member

It's easy!

You can join Livewire if you are over 10 and up to 21 years of age. If you are over 10 and up 17 then follow the steps below. If you are 18 or over then please call the Livewire Helpline on (02) 8425 5971 before starting step 1. The Livewire Help Line is open 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Step 1: Complete the yellow registration form on the right and press 'Submit'.

Step 2: Download the Parental Consent Form and get one of your parents to complete and sign it so we can confirm who you are. You must ask your parents' permission to join Livewire.

Step 3: Then email, fax or post us the completed form.

Once we receive your completed and signed Parental Consent Form and have checked your identity, you'll be ready to go. You will receive an email to the address you registered to confirm when this happens.

NOTE: If you are an invited pilot member, we already have your Parental Consent Form - so you don't have to worry about steps 2 & 3. Once you register, we'll be able to activate your account within 24 - 48 hrs.
